肝硬化大鼠肺组织血红素氧合酶活性的变化

Changes of heme oxygenase activity in the lungs of rats with hepatic cirrhosis

摘要 目的观察肝硬化大鼠肺组织血红素氧合酶(HO)活性的变化。方法 20只大鼠随机均分为肝硬化模型组(A组)及正常对照组(B组)。记录心率、平均动脉压的变化,门静脉插管测定门静脉压力,用联二亚硫酸盐还原法检测血浆一氧化碳(CO)的水平,用胆红素生成量反映组织HO的活性。结果与B组相比,A组平均动脉压降低(P<0.01),门静脉压力、血浆CO水平、肺组织及脾脏HO活性均显著增加(P<0.01);而两组间心率、肝脏HO活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肝硬化HO的激活可能是肝肺综合征的重要原因。 Objective To explore the changes of heme oxygenase(HO) activity in the lungs of the rats with hepatic cirrhosis.Methods Twenty rats were randomly and equally divided into hepatic cirrhosis model group(group A) and normal control group(group B).The changes of heart rate and mean arterial pressure were recorded,and portal venous pressure was measured by indwelling catheter.The level of plasma CO and the activity of HO in the tissues were determined by dithionite reduction method and bilirubin formation,respectively.Results Compared with group B,the mean arterial pressure was decreased,whereas the portal venous pressure,the level of CO and the activities of HO in the lungs and spleen were all significantly increased in group A(P0.01).There were no obvious differences of heart rate and HO activity in the liver between group A and group B(P0.05).Conclusion The activation of HO system in the hepatic cirrhosis rats may play an essential role in the development of hepatopulmonary syndrome.
