呼出气一氧化氮浓度测定对支气管哮喘的诊断和疗效评估的意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨呼出气一氧化氮(FENO)对支气管的诊断和治疗的意义。方法检测支气管哮喘患者72例(A组,11例,哮喘完全控制;B组,30例,哮喘部分控制;C组,31例,哮喘未控制)和57例正常人(D组)FENO浓度。结果 A、B、C组FENO值分别为(33.5±22.3)ppb、(40.8±16.0)ppb和(78.0±31.5)ppb,均明显高于对照组的(17.2±11.4)ppb(P<0.01)。A、B组FENO值均低于C组(P<0.01)。结论 FENO对支气管哮喘的诊断和病情评估具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the evalue of detecting exhaled nitric oxide(FENO) in diagnosis and evaluation of therapeutic efficacy in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods FENO was measured by nitric oxide analyzer in 72 outpatients with asthma[(11 cases with controlled asthma(group A),30 cases with partly controlled asthma(group B) and 31 cases with uncontrolled asthma(group C)] and 57 healthy people(group D).Results The concentrations of FENO in groups of A,B and C were (33.5±22.3)ppb,(40.8±16.0)ppb and(78.0±31.5)ppb,respectively,which were significantly higher than(17.2±11.4)ppb in group D(P0.01).The concentration of FENO was lower in groups of A and B than that in group C(P0.01).Conclusion FENO examination may be helpful in the diagnosis and evaluation of therapeutic efficacy in patients with asthma.
