布洛芬注射液的安全性试验

The safety study of ibuprofen injection

目的:考察布洛芬注射液的安全性。方法:采用测定布洛芬注射液的半数致死量进行急性毒性研究,选用家兔耳静脉血管刺激性试验和溶血性试验评价其用药的安全性。结果:布洛芬注射液的小鼠LD50为304.91 mg.kg-1,95%可信限为301.23～308.65 mg.kg-1,对家兔耳缘血管无刺激作用,对家兔体外红细胞形态无影响,无溶血现象发生。结论:布洛芬注射液毒性低,无血管刺激性、无溶血性,安全性高。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the safety of ibuprofen injection. METHODS The LD50 value of ibuprofen injection was deternlined in acute toxicity study, the vascular stimulation and hemolyticus tests conducted to evaluate the drug＇s safety. RESULTS The LD50 for the ibuprofen injection was 304. 91 mg·kg^-1 in mice,and 95% confidence limit was 301.23 - 308. 65 mg·kg^-1. The vascular stimulation of ibuprofen injection was not observed. And ibuprofen injection had no hemolysis on red blood cells of rabbits in vitro. CONCLUSION Ibuprofen injection has low toxicity and doesn＇t lead to vascular stimulation and hemolysis.
