眩晕宁薄膜衣片与盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗系统性眩晕的临床对照

A clinical study of the effect of Xuanyunning filmlok and Sibelium capsule on systemic dizziness disease

目的:评价眩晕宁薄膜衣片与盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗系统性眩晕的临床对照。方法:治疗组152例采用眩晕宁薄膜衣片治疗,对照组147例采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。60 d后观察2组患者临床疗效。结果:总有效率眩晕宁薄膜衣片治疗组为88.5%(135/152例),盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊对照组为68.1%(100/147例),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:眩晕宁薄膜衣片治疗系统性眩晕的疗效优于盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,是治疗系统性眩晕的理想药物。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xuanyunning filmlok and Sibeliun capsule on systemic dizziness disaese. METHODS 152 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xuanyunning filmlok, while 147 eases in the control group were treated with Sibelium capsule. Clinical effects were observed in two groups after 60 days. RESULTS The total efficiency rate of treatment group was 88. 50/00 （135/152 cases） and that of control group was 68.1%（100/147 cases）, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The therapeutic effect of the treatment group treated with Xuanyunning filmlok is better than that of control group treated with Sibelium capsule, thus Xuanyunning filmlok is one of the ideal drugs in treating systemic dizziness disease.
