重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合宫颈环行电切术治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

Effect of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel used in combination with loop electrosurgical excision procedure for the treatment of chronic cervical erosion

目的:探讨应用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶(商品名:尤靖安)联合宫颈环行电切术治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:选择180例宫颈糜烂患者,随机分为2组。治疗组(尤靖安组)90例,宫颈环行电切术后采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗;对照组90例,宫颈环行电切术后采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶基质对照观察。观察2组治疗后创面完全愈合率及阴道分泌物、宫颈创面脱痂情况。结果:治疗组(尤靖安组)阴道出血量及出血持续时间少于对照组(P<0.01);创面完全愈合率明显大于对照组,且愈合时间较对照组缩短(P<0.01)。结论:尤靖安联合宫颈环行电切术治疗宫颈糜烂可以提高宫颈糜烂痊愈率,缩短创面愈合时间。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） in the treatment of chronic cervical erosion. METHODS Dividing 180 case of patients with chronic cervical erosion were divided into two groups randomly. 90 patients in treatment group were treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel after LEEP; another 90 patients in comparison group with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel matrix after LEEP operation. Observing wound healing and vaginal secretion of two group patients were observed. RESULTS Both amount and duration of patient＇s vaginal bleeding in treatment group were less than that in comparison group（P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION Recombinant human interferon α-2b gel used in combination with LEEP may enhance the curative rate of chronic cervic and shorten wound healing in patients.
