摘要
5-芳基-2-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与α-溴代乙酰葡萄糖在KOH/EtOH体系中进行糖苷化反应,制得6个N-β-D-乙酰葡萄糖苷和6个S-β-D-乙酰葡萄糖苷,其中4个为已知化合物,其他8个为新化合物。所有化合物结构均经1HNMR、13 CNMR、元素分析确定,对金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌初步抑菌实验证明,部分化合物显示了较好的抑菌活性。
Six N-β-D-acetylglucosides and six S-β-D-acetylglucosides were synthesized by glycosylation of 5-aryl-2-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole with bromo-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranoside in ethanol in the presence of potassium hydroxidee The four are the known compounds,and the remaining eight are new compounds.All the compounds were characterized by 1HNMR,13CNMR spectra and elementary analyses.Several compounds showed good antibacterial activities via primary antibacterial test against S.aureus,Streptococcus and E.coli.
