摘要
以氰乙酸乙酯为原料,经甲酰化、缩合、重氮化、还原和氧化反应,合成标题化合物。原料易得、操作步骤简单、反应条件温和,5步收率达28%。
1H-Pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde was synthesized starting from ethyl 2-cyanoacetate via formylation,condensation,diazotization,reduction and oxidation.The proposed method is feasible to synthesize the title compound with 28% overall yield.
