摘要
目前工业上合成檀香醚的工艺存在对设备要求高、腐蚀性强、污染环境、产物不易分离等问题,本实验通过改进传统工艺中的环氧化和催化氢化反应,实现了标题化合物的绿色合成。实验所得的中间体和檀香醚结构经1HNMR、13 CNMR确定。
Now there are many problems existed in the synthesis of methoxy elgenol in industry,such as high requested equipment,corrodes strongly,pollution of the environment,difficult separation of product and so on.The experiment has realized the green synthesis of methoxy elgenol by improving the traditional process of epoxidation and catalytic hydrogenation reaction.The structure of the intermediate and methoxy elgenol was characterized by 1HNMR and 13CNMR.
