摘要
利用促进剂M生产过程中产生的废弃物在自制催化剂存在下,直接氯化制备除草剂苯噻草胺中间体2-氯代苯并噻唑。通过实验确定最佳溶剂为氯苯,催化剂PCA用量为0.2%(质量),反应温度110～115℃,色谱跟踪确定反应终点,产品收率90%,产品含量99%。
2-Chlorobenzolthiazole,which can be used as intermediate in the manufacture of herbicide named as mefenacet was prepared from waste of manufacturing accelerant M with reacted condition：Solvent chlirobenzene;catalyst usage 0.2%（wt）;reacted temperature 110～115 ℃;With 90% yield and 99% purity based chromatogram.
