海洋钻修平台RGF-800钻井泵组的研制 被引量:1

摘要 为满足金县1-1油田CEPA/CEPB钻修井机作业需求,研制了交流变频电动机驱动的RGF-800钻井泵组。该钻井泵组的传动系统通过全封闭式链条箱传递动力,采用PLC闭环控制,自适应能力强,用NOV公司的弹簧自动复位式安全阀代替传统的剪切销安全阀,消除了设备可能出现的不安全因素;采用交流变频电动机恒扭矩段覆盖钻井泵的最高冲次,可大大减少现场换活塞缸套的次数,减轻工人的劳动强度。试验及应用表明,RGF-800钻井泵组各系统运行稳定,传动效率比机械驱动约提高16%,可无级调速,提高钻井效率,降低消耗18%~20%。 To satisfy the operating requirement of the CEPA/CEPB drilling and workover rig in the 1-1 oilfield of Jin County,the RGF-800 mud pump unit driven by AC variable-frequency electric motor was developed.The transmission system of the unit transmitted power through the fully closed chain case.The PLC closed-loop control was adopted.The unit had a strong self-adaptability.The automatic spring reset safety valve produced by the NOV company was used to replace the traditional shear pin safety valve.The potential insecurity factors of the equipment were removed.The test and application showed that the components of the RGF-800 mud pump unit ran stably.The transmission efficiency was improved by about 16%,compared with mechanical drive.The stepless speed regulation could be achieved,the drilling efficiency could be improved and the energy consumption could be reduced by 18% to 20%.
