区域发展战略规划群体决策支持系统是一种用于支持区域发展战略规划方案的群体决策支持系统．本文研究了该系统的目标、功能、结构、决策过程及其技术支持等内容．
Regional development strategic planning group decision support system (abbreviation to SPGDSS ) is a group decision system for support each grade governmental planning department to study the regional development strategic plan based on a local area net( or a spread area net ).This article introduces the goal,the function,the structure and the technological design of the decision process of the system,and so on.
