n-HA/PA46复合材料的制备与表征

摘要 用溶液共溶沉淀法制备出纳米羟基磷灰石(n-HA)/聚酰胺46(PA46)复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、燃烧试验、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对复合材料的组成和界面进行了测试和表征,并对复合材料的力学性能进行了初步研究。结果表明,溶液共溶沉淀法可使n-HA颗粒均匀分散在PA46基体中,复合材料具有良好的均一性;在复合材料中n-HA与PA46界面间存在氢键,有较稳定的界面结合;复合材料有良好的力学强度,其抗拉、抗压和抗弯强度分别为67、202和146MPa,高于n-HA/聚酰胺66(PA66)复合材料。初步实验结果表明n-HA/PA46复合材料在骨组织支撑、修复和重建等承重骨部位修复方面有潜在用途。 Nano-hydroxyapatite /polyamide 46 composites were prepared in N,N-dimethylacetamide solution by co-deposition method.The composition and the interface of the two composites were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),burning test,FT-infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The physical properties were characterized with tensile strength,flexural strength and compressive strength.The results showed that the n-HA particles uniformly dispersed in the composite.The SEM and XRD results indicated that the morphological and phase composition kept unchanged after combination between n-HA and PA46.The FT-IR,XRD and XPS analysis showed hydrogen bonds are found at the interface between the n-HA and PA46 in the composites.The tensile strength,compression strength and flexural strength of the n-HA/PA46 composite were about 67,202 and 146MPa.The new nano composite of n-HA/PA46 have a potential application in load bearing bone repair and replacement.
