脑啡肽真的是“肽”极而否么?
Role of enkephalin in development of dementia of PTSD patients

《普通精神病学档案》(Arch Gen Psychiatry)杂志在2010年6月刊登了一篇关于美国退伍老兵中创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)与患痴呆风险之间关系的前瞻性研究。研究显示,患有PTSD的退伍老兵患阿尔茨海默病及其他类型痴呆的风险将近其他退伍老兵的两倍。作者虽给出了这种相关性的解释,但我们发现脑啡肽可能也在这个过程中起作用。
A prospective study entitled “Posttraumatic stress disorder and risk of dementia among US veterans” was published in “Archives of General Psychiatry” on June, 2010. The research reported that older veterans who suffered from posttraumatic stress disorder （PTSD） were almost twice as likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease and other age-related dementias as veterans without PTSD. Though the reasons of the relationship between PTSD and dementia were given in the article, we found enkephalin may also play a part of role in it.
