摘要
深入研究当前电压型逆变器的死区补偿或无死区正弦脉宽调制(sine pulse width modulation,SPWM)策略,并分析它们存在的问题。在此基础上,提出基于调制函数的并网逆变器无死区SPWM控制策略。为在三相三电平逆变器中应用这种策略,首先采用分相控制达到三相并网电流、调制函数的解耦,然后利用解耦的并网电流调制函数进行无死区SPWM控制。实验证明,这种控制策略简单有效,保证了无死区调制策略的可靠性,并摆脱了传统方法对于硬件检测电路的依赖。
This paper investigated the dead-time compensation and elimination scheme of voltage source inverter, and problems during its implementation. Then, a novel sine pulse width modulation (SPWM) scheme for dead-time elimination in a grid-connected inverter was proposed. To apply the new scheme to the three-phase three-level grid-connected inverter, first the split phase control is used to reach the grid current and modulation function decoupling. Then the decoupled modulation fianctions are used for the dead-time elimination scheme. The new method does not rely on the hardware current detection circuit as the conventional ways do, the availability and the simplicity are verified by the experiment.
