文章认为,我国档案馆文化属性的发展与演变与政府密切相关,政府是推动档案馆文化角色归位与文化作用发挥的主角。当前,在全国开展的社会主义文化建设的热潮中,要充分发挥档案馆的作用,使档案馆真正跻身国家文化事业之林,必须重视政府的参与。

This article holds the view that the development and evolution of our archives＇ cultural attribute is closely related to the government. And the government is the main power which helps archives find their original cultural role and promotes their cultural function. Nowadays, we should fully exert the effect of archives during the Socialism cultural construction, in order to make archives ascend into cultural undertakings, the government＇s participation should be valued.
