公文正文三要素新说

文本要素分析及其格式规范构建是各类文体研究最为重要的基础理论工作。本文针对公文理论此方面研究滞后及其造成的公文处理、教学实践中诸多难题,紧紧抓住公文正文这个关键,在揭示公文文体的本质特性主要为意志心理的反映的基础上,提出一整套以"主旨、依据、分旨"三大要素为核心概念,以"公文正文格式规范"为归宿的公文文本要素与格式理论创新体系。

The analysis of text factors and the construction of its standard format are the most important work for basic theory in the research of various genres. In view of the lag in the research on this as pect and the corresponding problems in the processing of the document and the teaching practice, this paper identifies the text of documents as the key issue and puts forward an innovative system theoretically on the factors of the text and the format.By revealing the nature of document is mainly the response of will, the article puts forward a set of innovative document theory system. Its core concepts are the three key factors of text including gist,basis and secondary gist. Its end-result lies in the format and criterion of the text.
