Records management has obtaining great attention internationally since 1950s. This paper discusses the international developing tendencies during these ten years of records management by analyzing periodical articles, finding the main issues focused on include electronic records management and its system＇s construction, records management project and its assessment, records management and related legislation, fundamental theories, perspectives and challenges and so on.
