Environmental protection archival information resources （EPAIR） sharing is very important for developing ＆ using EPAIR and to promote its values. It will strong support exploring, new road of environmental protection enterprise. Based on summarizing the progress of EPAIR management and sharing at home and abroad, this paper analyses in detail the requirements of EPAIR sharing which includes functional and security requirements.
