摘要 用Co^(60)-γ射线辐射和不同温度等处理水稻种子,可以提高多胚苗的频率。其中以Co^(60)-γ射线照射的效应最佳。不同品种同一辐射剂量,或同一品种不同辐射剂量处理后,多胚苗出现的频率不同。其中以20~40krad处理的效应最好。其机理有待进一步研究。 This paper studied the manage effect on rice seeds with different methods, the results conducted the polyembryonic seedling frequencies can be enhanced after stimulating rice seeds with some outside elements. Among these methods, the best effect is that the rice seeds aremangaged by Co^(60) ray irradiation. The frequencies of enhancing polyembryonic seedlings are different in different lines with the same Co^(60) ray irradiation. The manage effects from 20krad to 40 krad are best in the same line with different Co^(60) ray irradiation. The luther theory is to wait to be studied.
