摘要
金冠苹果染色体行为较有规律,终变期和中期Ⅰ采色体联会构型以棒形为主。经过两次分裂,染色体数目减少了一半。本文还讨论了苹果属植物的染色体基数起源问题。
During all processes the chromosomal behavior of 'Golden Delicious' apple in generally reqular, and at diakinesis and metaphase stages the chromosomal synaptic configuration mainly forms rod-likd structure. Through two divisions in meiosis, chromosomal numbers reduce from 2n to n, Moreover, the origin of chromosomal basic number in Malus plant is also discussed.
