高职院校校企合作与思想政治课对话

Academy-Enterprise Cooperation and Ideological Courses

校企合作成功与否直接关系到高职院校的成败兴衰,所以必须切实抓好校企合作中各个环节,以确保校企合作工作有效进行。思想政治课作为践行校企合作的黏合剂,必须针对实际情况,紧跟校企合作办学前进的步伐,进行配套的改革。本文认为,改革可以从三个维度出发:教学内容的勘定、教学过程的掌控和顶岗实习阶段的适时跟踪指导。

The success of academy-enterprise cooperation determines the success of vocational colleges. Thus the procedures of academy-enterprise cooperation must be well-implemented to ensure the success. Ideological courses, the glue that strengthen the cooperation process, must be implemented in accordance with the realistic situation, follow the steps of academy-enterprise cooperation, carry out related reforms. This paper argues that the reform can be implemented under three perspectives ： the curriculum, management of teaching process and follow-up training and teaching in the periods of internship.
