氧化铝粉体发光性能研究

摘要 用碳酸氢铵和氨水混合溶液作为复合沉淀剂制备氧化铝粉体.通过荧光分光光度计对粉体的发光特性进行了研究.结果表明:氧化铝粉体的激发光谱是以247nm(5.03 ev)为中心220nm到270nm的宽带激发;在254nm波长激发的发射光谱,是以395nm(3.15 ev)为中心340nm到460nm的宽带发射. Alumina powder is prepared by co-precipitation method using mixture of ammoniumhydrogen carbonate and ammonium water as complex precipitator. The luminescence property of alumina power is analyzed with a fluorescence spectrometer. The results show that excitation spectra of alumina power is between 220 nm and 270 nm and that emission spectra of it is between 340 nm and 460 nm.
