对目标管理"五环节"的内容、层次关系进行了分析,并就四川民族学院体育系近期目标管理的铺垫工作进行了归纳.通过目标管理的探讨。

This paper analyzes the content and level-structural relations of the ＂five steps＂ in management by objective, analyzes the preparation work of management by objective conducted by physical education department of Sichuan National College. The discussion of management by objective is meant to provide aide for developing management reform in physical education units in local universities and colleges.
