选取中国7个图书馆网站和美国10个图书馆网站,详细地比较其收集信息的类型和目的、免责声明、用户权利说明、未成年人隐私保护与cookies使用,分析中美两国图书馆网站用户隐私政策的优劣,最后指出我国图书馆网站保护用户隐私的努力方向。

The authors select 7 library websites in China and 10 in the U.S.and compare the types and purposes for information collections,disclaimer,the users＇ rights,the privacy policies for juveniles as well as the uses of cookies between the two countries,and then analyze the advantages and disadvantages in their privacy policies.In the end,the authors propose the privacy policies that should be adopted in our country.
