优秀摔跤运动员理想体重的诊断 被引量:3

摘要 对参加第10届全运会部分省(市)的95名摔跤项目重点运动员(男72人,女23人)和国家队29名女运动员减体重过程进行跟踪测量和系统研究,旨在建立优秀摔跤运动员的理想体重诊断体系。结果显示:1)理想体重与运动员的级别设定、身体形态以及身体成分等因素有密切关系;2)女子48 kg、55 kg和63 kg级理想体重分别在52.43 kg、59.12 kg和67.20 kg以内;男子55 kg、60 kg、66 kg、74 kg和84 kg级理想体重分别在58.71 kg、64.18kg、71.41 kg、78.81 kg和89.89 kg以内;3)大部分平时体重保持在理想体重范围内的摔跤运动员更容易在比赛中取得良好成绩,也有部分平时体重超出理想体重的运动员通过科学合理的保障,在重大比赛中取得优异成绩。 The aim of the present study was to establish a body weight evaluation system of wrestlers in China.The evaluation was completed on 95 elite wrestlers from some provincial teams(72 male,23 female) and National team athletes(23 female).The result shows that 1) the optimal body weight of elite athletes closely relates with their weight category,body physique and body composition.2) The optimal body weight for female athletes competing in the 48 kg was52.43 kg;55 kg59.12 kg and 63 kg67.20 kg,for male athletes,the optimal body weight for 55 kg58.71 kg;60 kg64.18 kg;66 kg71.41 kg;and 84 kg89.89 kg.3) Wrestlers who kept their body weight within optimal range tended to win more easily in competition.However,some wrestlers whose body weight was over the optimal range won in competition after implementing a scientifically based body reduction procedure.
