摘要
前交叉韧带(anteriorcruciateligament,ACL)是膝关节重要的静力性稳定结构,对维持膝关节稳定具有重要作用。ACL断裂后自愈能力差,若不及时修复,可导致关节不稳并继发半月板、软骨损伤、关节退行性改变等,影响膝关节功能。
