摘要
用四川省小麦白粉菌(Erysiphe graminis f.sp.tritici)的优势菌系接种在42份小麦近缘属种材料上,结果表明,供试的5个六倍体小麦种都感病。四倍体小麦中的野生二粒、栽培二粒、科尔希二粒小麦,波斯小麦及阿拉拉特、提莫菲维小麦则免疫。新疆的野生黑麦和卢旺达的小黑麦也表现免疫。粗山羊草、披碱草、赖草、大芒鹅观草和长颖鹅观草表现感病,其余材料均抗病。可见小麦近缘属种中有丰富的抗白粉病种质资源。
Fourty-two accession; from relative genera and species of wheat were inoculated with culture 411 of Erysiphe graminis f sp. tritici, which was the dominant stain in pathogen populations of the fungus in Sichuan province. Among the inoculated accessions, tested 5 species from hexaploid wheat were all susceptible, and 6 species from tetraploid wheat, as Triticum araraticum, T. carthicum, T. dicoccoides, T. dicoccum, T. paleocolchicum, and T. timopeevii, were immune. The wildrye collected from Xinjiang and the triticales from Rwanda were also immune, and among the tested relative genera, Aegilops tauschii, Elymus dahuricus, Leymus secorlinus, Roegneria fedtschenkoi, and R. longinglumis are susceptible, the others were resistant. It is considered that there are rich germplasm resources for resistance to powdery mildew in relative genera and species of wheat.
