摘要
通过对酒精定量发售原控制系统的分析,提出引入微机技术,研制智能质量控制仪,对涡轮流量变送器进行非线性校正;对酒精密度进行温度和浓度实时补偿;开发特快速气动切断阀等一系列措施,较好地解决了高精度酒精定量发售系统的关键技术问题.
Through the analysis on the existing control system for quantitative selling of alcohol, the technology of microcomputer is introduced and the intelligent quality controller is developed. By correcting the non-linearity of the turbine flowmeter, and real-time compensating the temperature and concentration on density of alcohol, as well as developing high speed pneumatic cut-off valve, the critical technical problems in high precise quantitative alcohol selling system have been resolved.
