The paper introduces an intelligent display driving chip which has serial interface and drives the 8-digit cathode - common digital tube (or 64 of standalone LEDs) simultaneously. The chip supports two decoding display modes and provides multiple control instructions. It can connect the keyboard array with up to 64 of keys.
