高校党建与校园文化建设的关系研究

Study on the Relations of Party Building and Campus Culture at Universities

中国高校是社会主义的高校,必须坚持党的领导。党建工作是中国高校特有的文化现象,是校园文化建设的有机组成部分。党建工作和校园文化建设的核心内涵和根本目标是一致的。党建工作和校园文化建设在外延上存在交互关系,党建工作既融于校园文化建设,又起到引领和推动作用,党员在校园文化建设中发挥着不可替代的领军作用。

Chinese universities and colleges are the universities and colleges of socialism, which clearly defines that they should be under the leadership of Chinese Communist Party. Party building work is a typical cultural phenomenon at Chinese universities and is an organic component of campus culture construction. With the agreed core connotation, party building and campus culture construction are also overlapped at their extensions. The integration of party building work into campus culture construction meanwhile motivates party members to play an irreplaceable leading role on college campus.
