摘要
教学科研人才是高校人力资源的主体,对教学科研人员的评价是高校人力资源管理的重要基础性工作。根据人才评价的指导思想和原则设计评价指标体系,以素质为导向,以品德、知识、能力、业绩为评价依据,定性评价与定量评价相结合,静态评价与动态评价相结合,对拟引进教学科研人员进行客观、科学、全面的预测性评价,可以最大程度保证引进人才质量;利用分段评价,对已引进人才进行跟踪诊断性评价,帮助被引进人员扬长避短或扬长补短,用人所长。
The teaching and scientific research personnel are the major part of the human resources in the university.The evaluation of the personnel is an important groundwork of human resource management.This paper constructs an index system based on the evaluation guiding concept and principles: taking quality as orientation;taking morality,knowledge,competence and performance as evaluation basis;combining qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation;combining static evaluation and dynamic evaluation.An objective,scientific and comprehensive predictability evaluation can ensure optimal quality of the personnel to be employed to the university.The diagnostic assessment can help the employed staff maximize their favorable factors.
