摘要
通过对经济欠发达地区学分制改革中"教学需求与资源不对称发展"所导致的课程冲突问题的分析,提出了"弹性时间制"体育教学的构想,并进行了实践。实践表明,"弹性时间制"教学可以使现有的教育资源效能最大化,有利于解决经济欠发达地区大学体育教育资源匮乏与学生体育需求不断增加的矛盾,推动了"三自主"教学改革的进程。
Through analyzing the problem of course confliction caused by the asymmetric development of teaching requirement and teaching resources in the credit system reform of underdeveloped areas,this article put forward the conception of "flexible-time system" in PE teaching,and put it into practice.Practice showed that the "flexible-time system" teaching can maximize the existing educational resources,and help to solve the contradiction between physical education resources shortage and students' increasing demand in the underdeveloped areas.Furthermore,it can promote the process of "three independences" teaching reform.
