高职院校辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设思考

Reflections on the Specialization and Professionalism Construction of Instructor Team in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校中辅导员队伍"非专业化、非职业化"的现状,制约着学生思想政治教育的有效开展,已不能满足学生就业指导、职业生涯规划和心理等多方面的咨询和服务,因此,辅导员队伍专业化、职业化发展道路势在必行。本文分析制约辅导员队伍发展的难题和瓶颈,从职业定位、专业建设、制度保障三个方面对辅导员队伍专业化、职业化建设进行了探索。

At present,instructor team in higher vocational colleges seems to be unspecialized and nonprofessional,which not only restricts the effective development of students＇ ideological and political education,but also cannot meet students＇ needs for employment guidance,career planning and psychological consultation,and so on.Therefore,it is imperative to develop a specialized and professional instructor team.This paper analyzes the bottlenecks of restricting instructor team＇s development,and explores the specialization and professionalism construction of instructor team from the aspects of professional orientation,specialty construction and institutional guarantee.
