摘要
通过对档案馆特色服务的理解和重要意义的分析,指出特色服务是一种为适应社会发展需要,以特色馆藏为服务内容,以主动、开放、系统为服务方式,以特定利用者为服务对象的服务形式。特色服务是档案馆提高服务质量,彰显自身信息价值,增强竞争力的路径抉择。
Based on the understanding of archives＇ characteristic service and the analysis of its significance,this paper points out that characteristic service in archives is a service form suiting for the needs of social development,taking characteristic collection as service content,taking active,open and systematic service form,and taking special users as service objects.The characteristic service is the inevitable choice of improving service quality,reflecting its own value and enhancing competitiveness for the archives.
