高温影响杂交水稻开花结实的生理生化基础 被引量:39

摘要 利用人工气候箱研究了高温影响杂交水稻结实率的生理生化基础。结果表明,在29~41℃范围内,叶绿素总量和a、b,总糖、还原糖、蔗糖、糖脂糖、己糖磷酸磷、磷脂磷、高能磷和核酸磷的含量均以32℃为最高,高于32℃时,其含量随温度的升高而下降;无机磷、游离氨基酸总量和游离脯氨酸含量,则随温度的升高而提高。杂交水稻的空秕率以32℃为最低,超过32℃时,则随温度的提高而激剧上升。 The effect of fundamental physology and biochemisty on the seed setting percentage of hybrid rice was studied. The results show that during 29~41℃, the amount of the grosschlorophyll, chlorophyll band a, gross sugar, reducing sugar, sucrose, glycolipid sugar, phosphohexose phosphat, phospholipid phosphate, energy-rich phosphate, phosphate of nucleic acid has the maxismum level at 32℃. Above 32℃, the amount mentioned decreased as the temperature increased. But the amount of the inorganic phosphate, the gross free-amino acid and proline increased as the temperature increased. The percentage of empty and abortive grain of hybrid rice was minimum at 32℃. Above 32℃, the percentage increased as the temperature increased.
