这里以坐标测量机为测量手段，分别测量轿车车门和车身配合面，利用ＵＧＩＩＣＡＤ平台对车门和车身装配间隙进行优化，确定轿车车门最佳装配位置。有效地提高了轿车车门装配质量。
砊he paper presents a new method to measure and improve the assembly quality between BIW and car door by using the coordinate measuring machine and UGII software. The method improves car door assembly quality effectively and can be used in whole car assembly.
