摘要
建立了求解同步带传动带与带轮节距差最佳值的数字模型,并对模型中所涉及到的非线性有限元问题进行了分析,从而形成一种引入非线性有限元法的同步带传动最佳节距差计算方法。通过具体算例,并将算例结果用于实验,证明了该方法的可靠性。
In order to seek the optimum pitch difference of sychronous belt transmission, this paper sets up a mathematical model and analyses the problems of nonlinear finite elements involved in it. Thus,an algorithm of the optimum pitch difference of sychronous belt transmission, which is led into nonlinear finite elements method,is formed. Finally, the algorithm is proved to be reliable by a calculationg example and the experiment based on the results of the example.
