老年膝骨关节炎患者水中运动疗法疗效系统评价 被引量：28

摘要 膝骨关节炎（knee osteoarthrilis，KOA）也称为退行性膝关节炎，是一种临床综合征。据美国一项调查报告显示，成人症状性膝骨关节炎年发病率为0．2％。，而国内报道膝骨关节炎的患病率5．6％-74．8％，临床上患者主要表现为膝关节疼痛、肿大变形、僵硬、压痛、骨摩擦音、活动受限等。持续的膝关节疼痛、僵硬、关节畸形和关节灵活度降低造成患者行走不便，
