摘要
建立机械系统与设备的维修性模型有利于对机械产品进行维修性分析。通过分析机械系统与设备的结构特点、功能特点和维修特点,提出了机械系统维修性影响因素集及其量化标准,提出用回归分析方法和BP神经网络算法建立基于实例的维修性模型。
This paper analyzed the function characteristics、configuration characteristics and maintenance characteristics of mechanical system or equipment, some factors that influence on their maintainability were given, and developed some score criteria to quantify those selected factors. Two methods for setting up case——based maintainability model, namely regression analysis method and BP neural network are propesed. At last, taking cannon as an example, the methods in this paper were used and tested. It is proven that the model and method are feasible and effective.
