摘要
铣床工作台导轨面经超音频淬火,由于变形量大,机加工后达不到技术要求.试验过程中,根据导轨面淬火变形规律,找出控制变形的方法,将淬火变形量控制在一般加工余量范围内,达到导轨面强化要求.
The deformation during supersonic frequency induction hardening is usually high, so that the guide surface of the table of miller-bed can't meet the technical requirement after grinding. Therefore, a hardening deformation test has to be carried out. The test results and the deformation control method are given in this paper.
