伪狂犬病病毒分子生物学的研究进展 被引量：19

Research advance in molecular biology of pseudorabies virus

摘要 介绍了伪狂犬病病毒基因组的特点及编码蛋白,论述了伪狂犬病病毒分子生物学诊断方法,包括核酸探针诊断方法、PCR诊断方法、LAMP诊断方法、鉴别诊断方法,并就其基因工程疫苗方面的研究进行了着重阐述。 This article reviews the genome characteristics and codogenic proteinum of pseudorabies virus（PRV）,and discusses molecular biological diagnosis of PRV on the aspects of nucleic acid sounding diagnosis,PCR diagnosis,loop-mediated isothermal amplification（LAMP） diagnosis and differential diag-nosis.The research advances on PRV are also summarised in this review.
