生物治疗逆转肿瘤化疗耐药的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 由于恶性肿瘤发病率逐年上升,因而化疗在肿瘤治疗中至关重要,但肿瘤化疗耐药的出现严重影响了化疗疗效,成为制约化疗临床应用的瓶颈,因此逆转肿瘤化疗耐药成为近年研究的热点。针对不同的化疗耐药机制,已经发现了多种化疗耐药逆转剂。在这些逆转剂中,生物治疗凭借自身的多种优势受到青睐。生物治疗包括过继性免疫治疗、细胞因子、分子靶向药物及基因技术等治疗方法,这些方法均在逆转肿瘤耐药中发挥一定作用,且应用前景广阔,有可能作为低毒、高效的耐药逆转剂应用于临床。 Morbidity of malignant tumor is rising year after year. Drug resistance represents a limiting factor for successful cancer chemotherapy. Numerous efforts have been made to develop strategies for reversal and/or modulation of this major therapy obstacle. Several approaches have been launched, in which biotherapy including adoptive immunotherapy, cytokine, molecular targeted drugs and gene technology has shown a broad prospect.
