口腔扁平苔藓中T淋巴细胞亚群的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)是一种发生于口腔黏膜的慢性自身免疫性疾病,可伴有皮肤、生殖道黏膜,指甲以及毛发的病损。其组织病理学特征是上皮下淋巴细胞浸润带的形成、基膜的断裂和基底细胞液化变性。本文就CD4+/CD8+T细胞与OLP,记忆T细胞/原始T细胞与OLP,Th1、Th2、Th9、Th17细胞与OLP,调节性T细胞与OLP等研究进展作一综述。 Oral lichen planus(OLP) is a chronic autoimmune disease of oral mucosal accompanied with lesions of skin,gential tract,nails and hair.The histology of OLP is characterized by a dense subepithelial band-like infiltrate of T lymphocytes,disruption of the epithelial basement membrane and degeneration of basal keratinocytes.This paper reviewed the research progresses of CD4+/CD8+ T cells and OLP,memory/naive T cells and OLP,Th1,Th2,Th9,Th17 cells and OLP,regulatory T cells and OLP,etc.
