摘要
中性粒细胞通过吞噬、脱颗粒和形成中性粒细胞网(NET)等方式抵抗微生物感染。自NET被发现后,研究者们即从一个全新的视角来诠释固有免疫控制和杀伤微生物的机制。本文就NET的结构、形成和在疾病中的作用以及微生物逃逸NET的作用作一综述。
It is believed that neutrophils have three major strategies to resist microbian infection,including phagocytosis,degranulation,and neutrophil extracellular traps(NET) formation.The discovery of NET introduces a brand-new perspective for the researchers from which they make analysis of the mechanism of innate immune system trapping and killing microorganisms.The thesis aims to give a review of NET's structure and formation,as well as the fuction in disease and the escape of microorganisms from NET.
