美国推广电子健康档案的新举措:MU标准

New Act on Promoting Electronic Health Records in USA:meaningful use standard

作为刺激经济复苏方案的一部分,美国拟在全国推广电子健康档案。投入大量资金需要一个分配方案,为此新出台MU(Meaningful Use)标准。介绍MU评估标准中规定的医院应该达到的23个目标,阐明不同用户对MU标准的需求,指出重点内容、目前的问题、挑战和可能影响。

As a part of The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act（ARRA）,US government will provide a reimbursement incentive for electronic health records（EHR）,thus Meaningful Use（MU）standard,which is an allocation scheme,is newly introduced. The paper introduces 23 targets which should be achieved by the hospitals in MU evaluating standards,elaborates the demands of different users for MU standards,points out the key contents,current problems,challenges and possible impacts of meaningful use standards.
