认知行为疗法在口腔治疗中的应用

Application of cognitive behavioral therapy in the field of oral treatment

认知行为疗法(CBT)是目前众多的心理治疗流派中按照自然科学的方法被研究得最多,也是公认的对慢性疼痛最为有效的方法,成为了目前最具有影响力的心理辅导和心理治疗的方法之一。心理问题也普遍存在于口腔临床工作中,口腔医生同样面临解决患者生物—心理—社会之间关系的问题。近20年来,CBT也被广泛地应用于口腔治疗中,包括处理牙科焦虑症、根管治疗、黏膜病、牙周病、口腔外科、正畸和颞下颌关节紊乱病患者的心理问题等。本文就CBT在口腔中的应用作一综述。

Cognitive behavioral therapy（CBT） has not only been studied the most in the number of psychological treatment methods by the way of natural sciences,but also been recognized as the most effective method for chronic pain and become one of the most influential methods of psychologically treatment.Mental problems are common in the clinical work,dentist also need to solve the problem among the psychological,biological and social for patients.Almost during 20 years,CBT are widely used in the dental treatment,including dental anxiety,root canal therapy,oral medicine,oral surgery,orthodontics and temporomandibular joint disorder,etc.This is a review about the application of CBT in dental treatment.
