摘要 采用气浮+固定化高效微生物曝气滤池(3T-BAF)+过滤工艺,处理煤直接液化生产汽、柴油过程中产生的高浓度污水,曝气滤池中载体有效接触时间为61 h,实际进水COD为2 500-6 200 mg/L、氨氮为100-400 mg/L,COD总去除率达到96.3%,氨氮总去除率达到99.8%,处理后的水质可达到公司工业水的回用水作循环冷却系统补充水的水质标准。 The process of airfioatation + fixed and high efficient microorganism biological aerated filter(3T-BAF)+ filtration was adopted to treat high concentration sewerage produced in production of gasoline and diesel oil by direct coal liquefaction.The effective contact time of carrier in the aerated filter was 61h,in the acutual incoming water,COD content was 2 500-6 200 mg/L,the content ofammonia nitrogen was 100-400 mg/L,COD removal rate is up to 96.3%,and ammonia nitrogen removal rate is up to 99.8%,the water after treatment can meet the water quality of industrial reuse water which is used as make-up water for circulation cooling system.
