Expression of β-catenin in pathological scar and its significance

摘要 目的探讨β-连环蛋白(β-eatenin)在病理性瘢痕组织中的表达及β-catenin和Wnt/β-cate-nin信号转导通路在病理性瘢痕发病机制中的作用。方法应用western blotting法半定量检测β-catenin在30例增生性瘢痕(H组)、30例瘢痕疙瘩(K组)与30例正常皮肤(N组)中的表达情况,并进行统计学分析。结果β-catenin在增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩中的表达量均明显高于正常皮肤,其差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),增生性瘢痕与瘢痕疙瘩之间比较存在差异,但无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论β-catenin的过度表达与病理性瘢痕的形成有关,Wnt/β-catenin信号转导通路在病理性瘢痕的形成中起着重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of β-catenin in pathological scar and to explore the role of β-catenin and Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction pathway in the pathogenesis of pathological scar. Methods Western blotting technique was performed to detect the expression of β-catenin in 30 cases of hyper- trophic scar (group H) , 30 cases of keloid (Group K) and 30 cases of normal skin (Group N) , and statistics was used to analyze the data. Results The expression of β-eatenin in hypertrophic scar and keloid is obviously higher than that in normal skin and the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ), but there was non statistically difference between hypertrophic scar and keloid ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Excessive expression of β-catenin is associated with pathological scar formation. The wnt/β-catenin signal transduction pathway plays an important role in the formation of pathologic scar.
