超声骨刀截骨的安全性和可行性研究 被引量:7

Investigation of safety and feasibility of ultrasonic osteotomy

摘要 目的应用超声骨刀和微型电动锯对猪肋骨进行截骨实验,观察超声骨刀产生的能量对骨皮质及骨松质的影响,探讨将其用于面部轮廓截骨改形的安全性和可行性。方法将2根猪肋骨随机分为超声骨刀实验组和微型电动锯对照组,每根肋骨截成5段(每段约2cm)后,对骨段行大体的解剖观察和光镜观察。结果超声骨刀对骨皮质和骨松质均具有良好的切割能力,并具有机械振动较轻微、操作便利及热创伤小的优势,对骨组织的宏观结构和微观结构的不良影响均优于微型电动锯(P〈0.01)。但较微型电动锯的切割效率略低。结论将超声骨刀截骨技术应用于面部轮廓改形手术是安全可行的。 Objective To observe the effect of ultrasonic osteotome power on cortical bone and cancellous bone by osteotomy experiment in pig ribs using ultrasonic osteotome and mini-electric saw and explore the safety and feasibility of ultrasonic osteotome for the reshaping of facial contour. Methods Two adult pig ribs were divided into two groups, the experimental group treated with ultrasonic scalpel and the control group adopt- ed with mini electric saw. The rib was cut into 5 fragments (2 cm) and then the ribs were collected. General observation and HE histologic staining were performed. Results The ultrasonic osteotome bad cutting ability on both cortical and cancellous bone and difference from good electric saw. The macroscopic and microscopic structures of operation field were not affected by the ultrasonic osteotome. The ultrasonic osteotome bad such ad- vantages as very slight mechanic shake and slightly hot trauma. Conclusion It is safe and feasible to reshape the facial contour by using ultrasonic osteotome.
