脂肪来源干细胞:整形外科科研与临床的新视野 被引量:4

摘要 有关应用自体脂肪移植技术所进行的美容外科应用研究较多,如脂肪移植隆乳和脂肪移植面部填充。尽管这些美容手术显示了良好的效果,大有前途,但要建立正规的修复重建规程,仍须做出更多改进。人脂肪来源(间质)干细胞(adipose-derived stem/stromal cells,ADSCs)可作为再生医学手段,用于修复如骨、脂肪、软骨及血管等由间质细胞构成组织的缺损。ADSCs在整形外科领域有大量、广泛的潜在应用前景。本期PRS专栏,我们将集中探讨ADSCs在整形、再造外科领域的基础研究与临床应用。
